Content Policy
Last updated: 14 July 2026
This Content Policy sets the rules for media you upload or book for display on the Mong Kok LED billboard operated by Vagrant Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting media, checking the content-policy acceptance box, or otherwise using the booking service, you agree to this Policy.
We review submissions before they air. If we reject your media under this Policy, applicable review fees and other non-refundable charges still apply as described at checkout and in our Terms of Service.
Age and minors
You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
You must not submit media that depicts anyone under 18 — including photos, video, likenesses, or other portrayals — with or without parental or guardian consent. “Looks under 18” may also be rejected at our discretion.
Hong Kong and national security
Unfortunately, we operate in Hong Kong, China. Do not submit content that could invite enforcement attention or a visit from national security authorities (or anything else that puts us, our staff, premises, or partners at risk under national security or related laws). If we think your submission crosses that line, we will reject it.
No NSFW or suggestive content
Nudity, sexual content, pornography, and suggestive material are not allowed — including implied sex, fetish framing, or “soft” teasers meant to be read that way.
What counts? We decide. If we judge something NSFW or suggestive for a public street billboard in Mong Kok, it does not air.
No crime or harm
Do not promote, glorify, instruct, or encourage crime, violence, self-harm, terrorism, trafficking, scams, gambling, or other harmful activity. Do not submit content that is itself illegal to publish or display in Hong Kong.
No defamation
Do not submit content that is defamatory, or that could reasonably be read as false and damaging about a person, business, or organisation. If it looks like it could land someone (or us) in a slander / libel dispute, we may reject it.
No unethical promotion
Do not promote products, services, or behaviour we treat as unethical or unsuitable for this screen — including, without limitation, cigarettes and other tobacco, and similar categories we may refuse at our discretion.
Copyright
You confirm that you own the copyright in the media you submit, or that you have all licences and rights needed to display it on our public billboard.
You take full legal responsibility for any copyright claim, complaint, or dispute arising from your media. If a rights holder contacts us for a takedown or related demand, we may remove or refuse the content, and you are not entitled to a refund on that basis.
People and brands
You confirm that you have the consent, licence, or advertising rights required for every identifiable person and every brand, logo, trademark, or protected likeness that appears in your ad.
If a person or brand contacts us for a takedown or related demand, we may remove or refuse the content, and you are not entitled to a refund on that basis.
Our call
These rules are not exhaustive. We may reject anything we believe is unsafe, unlawful, brand-damaging, or otherwise unsuitable for a public LED billboard, even if it is not listed above. Our review decision is final for whether something airs on this service.
Language
This Content Policy may be provided in more than one language. If there is any conflict, inconsistency, or ambiguity between language versions — or if this Policy is relied on in any legal proceeding — the English version prevails.
Changes
We may update this Content Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
